Epic Games store now supports 30 different regions (130 countries in total) for regional prices. We don't have local pricing for all the countries yet, but that's a start. We use US Dollars for now for most of them because adding regional currencies will take time.

And of course, if you're paying with your local payment method, you'll pay in your local currency. It's just the price in the store will be displayed in US Dollars.

We also changed our refund policy. Unlimited refunds within 14 days of purchase and under 2 hours played. The team is working on the self-service solution, but for now, you'll have to go through player support.

will you ever add reviews? ashen's multiplayer was broken for a long time, but nobody knew cause there were no reviews. you can have all the exclusives, but these things erode user confidence.

Yes, but devs will need to opt-in into reviews. Plus we want to have a solution against review-bombing.

When will the store open to mere mortal regular noname devs too?

Later this year. It's going to be a gradual process, not a grand "now open for everyone" event :)

Honestly, I believe the previous one with no limit on the time played was more generous. Most people don't refund more than two games a year but could require more than 2 hours to see if a game is bad. But it was too hard to communicate that version properly.

You should maybe add the most important information, refunds on the Epic Store are limited to 2 time in your life... (At least that's what the support told me after my first refund)

I’ve had to make more than 2 and it’s almost always because of something like the sound not working or online play is bad. There are games I get buyer’s remorse on, but it’s very rare. I understand your intentions with the previous policy, but I still think this is better, imo.
