We were very clear that this was the *only* time we use one specific location to post the link, for the reasons specified on our website. Sorry.

Oh I know... but battling “it’s hard to get tickets” as time goes on, and in the face of many other DW conventions folding, is harder than you might think. :)

At the same time, the concerns do have an impact on people wanting to attempt to get tickets, so we must address it as it happens.

If you only knew what we did that year to make sure as many people as possible could attend.....

Yeah, just the way EventBrite works (events are separate from each other, and our reminder emails can only go to the full list!) :)

Plenty of tickets still left for Gallifrey One 2020... as we've *repeatedly* said/tweeted, it takes a while for us to sell out! Join us in February 2020, you'll be glad you did!

That's because we can only send bulk emails via EventBrite to our past customers, regardless of what you've done this year. It did say "(and if you've already bought yours, feel free to disregard this email.)"

Yes, you can change the name on the ticket later (just don't mark it as opt-out of the attendee database or you can't do it until on site!)

Six tickets per transaction, and just the basics: name, address, email on each ticket. Easy peasy.

That was 5 years ago (right after the 50th anniv) using a different registration system. We've had zero issues since then (we now use EventBrite). Took over two full days to sell out last year and we expect this year to take longer. No need to be anxious!

As we've been mentioning repeatedly the past few weeks, it took us several days last year to sell out and we expect things to be the same, if not longer. No luck needed, just paying attention. :)
