🚨🚨🚨The vast majority of feels that a goal of 1 peer review per month (or less) is reasonable, assuming you are publishing less than 6 manuscripts per year. This is news I can use.

I saw one so astounding we wrote it up! Treated a man with SBRT for lung cancer recurrence and his synchronous multifocal HCC disappeared! Very strange and potentially different mechanism than how the abscopal effect is generally theorized to work!

Yes, I like this idea!! I honestly had never thought of it before but it's a good idea that, if you create more work to the system (i.e. need for peer review due to submissions), you should give more into the system.

Hmm. I do get SOMETHING out of ... it makes me think about good study design & focus on clarity in conclusions. It highlights common pitfalls to avoid. But It’s hard to balance the time required to do it with my potentially diminishing “learning” benefits over time.
