Turns out that page is using Angular 1, not really blaming anyone at this point

AVA seems very nice, but it doesn't have `describe` blocks. Even though JS ecosystems seems to be converged on Jest I might end up switching.

I like Jest test runner a lot as it's pretty painless but I don't like that you write `beforeAll` and `afterAll` globally per file and not per `describe` block and overall you resort to global things. Any good alternatives?

I had to take a break due to Inktober but will resume in a few days. I was focused on Mindtraveller by Falconer but I'm stuck at the speedy bit. :D

Think I’m getting better at hands during this art-tober, though not much at anything else. Here’s a hand I did yesterday.

I did this with a custom hook once and it was very nice to work with and hard to break.

Been participating in some sketch-tober-whatever for a few days. It’s been... okay I guess. There’s improvement. My girlfriend’s a good coach honestly.

I noticed only today that in Next.js or Gatsby, you need to go through hoops to delay some piece of rendering to run in the client. Not ideal if you want to read from localStorage or you have Suspense.

Ever tried debugging an element that keeps disappearing when it loses focus once you start using devtools? Well dang me to heck there is an "Emulate a focused page" option in just for that 🤯 (you can get it from the [⌘]+[P] Command Menu, or Global Preferences)

For people developing apps, it isn't documented yet but with version 9.5.3 you can skip `as` prop in links. Even greater DX at last!

Wonderful! It's important to keep in mind that Stitches is only a few days old. :D

Aha, it makes a ton of sense to use voice commands while driving. I don't have that in my life tho.

I had this same thought about JS, so this is an area yet to be solved. But it's safe to say that in the current generation of web tooling and browsers, Stitches seems like the best solution that you can get with React.
