The two agencies combined, hatched a plan and created a false chargesheet after almost 180 days in detention. Jaggi was recently formally charged in a falsified case by a judge after over 8 months in detention.

Jaggi was abducted from the streets of Punjab by plain clothed officers on 4 Nov 2017. The first 2 months Jaggi was in the custody of Punjab police where he was physically tortured and then handed to the NIA once P.P realised they had the wrong person in custody.

This is not the time for us all to take a break in fighting for Jaggi’s rights. As frustrated we may be at the lack of action from the UK government, we cannot forget Jaggi and stop thinking about his situation.

In the latest hearing at Moga, the judge formally charged Jaggi in relation to a chargesheet filed by Punjab police in Baghapurana. With the support of KTV we have obtained footage from the last hearing and we are able to see Jaggi in chardi kala.
