Here are 4 different variations of scapula pushups. But I use the bear crawl position for a few different exercises. Doing cable rows from this position is also a really good one

I don’t use bear crawls, but I do use some exercises from the bear crawl position as it often requires way more lumbo-pelvic stability. But if people can’t do them properly I won’t use them
