Here is a hanging leg raise variation that also targets the adductors. I had to use my adductors to keep the weighted ball from falling. This exercise also develops grip strength, shoulder and scapular stability, and lumbo-pelvic stability.

My client Sue, who is in her 70s, just hit a PR today for chin-ups, AND with the thinnest band possible! Prior to today her best was one rep. I was telling her I want her to focus a bit more on bracing and leg engagement (I am very picky), but this is no joke!!
