Here is a badass and very advanced serratus slide variation you likely haven’t seen or tried before. I performed the exercise using just one arm!!

I have a very special announcement coming shortly that has to do with landmine training ;). In the meantime, here is an awesome landmine exercise!! The Landmine Staggered Stance Deadlift is an unreal exercise for strengthening and developing the posterior chain muscles.

Words matter. People with pain can be empowered or demoralized. Language alone may not make people better, but it goes a very long way in building resilience and hope.

Also, the organic brownies likely don’t taste as good as regular brownies, and they cost 5x the amount 🙄

Your current physical capabilities, NOT your gender, should dictate whether you perform a regressed or progressed variation of an exercise. I actually don't care if I sound like a broken record, there is no such thing as a ''girl version'' of an exercise. End of story.

Business Tip: If you want to make Twitter a legit platform for yourself, take the time to post the actual video/photo. If you sync with other platforms like Insta or FB and people just see a link, VERY few people will click on the link.People want to see content, not random links

Here is an advanced bird dog variation you might not have tried. This exercise improves lumbo-pelvic stability, and shoulder and scapular stability. The band resistance really torches the glutes, and ups the ante on the shoulder/scapular stability.

I love all of those options as well. They definitely work better than pistols for many people.
