Here is the thread. Let’s just say I unfriended some of the people. I don’t even know who they are.

I agree with that. I don’t know if you saw the comments below the post I shared on my FB page. Some people were so distracted by their distaste for her that they totally missed the big picture.

I won’t lie, these false grip hangs are BRUTAL. I’m intentionally not using any fingers. So I’m hanging by the base of my hand and wrist. Once I get better at these I’ll start implementing this grip with pull-ups. ⁣My main objective is to improve my false grip for my muscle-ups.

This is Willie. In his short life he’s already survived parvo and pneumonia. Now with a compromised immune system, he’s battling a neurological infection paralyzing his hind legs. He’s a strong little floof, and you can help him keep fighting below. 13/10

Continued... IMPORTANT: While I am performing this exercise with my feet elevated on a roller, and the slightly unstable nature of the roller makes the exercise more challenging, you may perform the exercise with your feet on the floor

Me too. Being creative and having it make sense is a total skill. I think if someone possesses a solid understanding of the basics, the possibility for creativity is pretty abundant.

I actually just spoke about this topic on a podcast I was on. I like to be creative, but only if it makes sense. Generally I just put my own spin on VERY basic exercises.
