Nothing needs to be imported for fetch(). I think this was discussed on the forum, but the webview in your Android phone may be outdated.

Our SDK forum (community.fitbit.com/t5/SDK-Develop…), or Discord (dev.fitbit.com/discord) are great resources to get help. With regard to the issue, fetch() is not a Device API, it's only available in the Companion API.

If you can capture the simulator log files when a problem occurs, we can take a look. Please post them on the SDK forum community.fitbit.com/t5/SDK-Develop…

You can have the "developer name" changed in the gallery by request. Email appgallerysupport@fitbit.com from the associated email address.

Can you email appgallerysupport@fitbit.com with the request, including the UUID of the affected clock.

You could use your wife's Fitbit account to upload the FBA to GAM.

This is not currently possible with our SDK. You can communicate from a Fitbit companion to a local web server using WebSocket or fetch(), but you'd need your own mobile app to do the bluetooth comms.

Unfortunately, our SDK to develop clocks and apps only supports Fitbit OS devices such as Ionic and Versa.

Unfortunately the risks highlighted in the announcement apply to sideloaded clocks too, that's why it's currently restricted. Hopefully we'll be able to open this to more developers in the future.

We're launching a new Winter collection in the gallery tomorrow. Tag new clocks in GAM, or if you need the tag adding to an existing clock, please complete this form: docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAI…

Thanks, looks like that image is out of date. The asterisk refers to quick replies on notifications, which is available for Android.

We’ve been developing a new process for managing collections in the gallery, so we initially wanted to work closely with a small group of developers to ensure the feature works correctly before opening it up to a wider audience. Stay tuned.
