I’m curious about that asset found on iOS 13… it’s used (or at least should be) on the setup process. A faster way to transfer data from a device to other without iTunes or iCloud? I didn’t restored my iPhone to install iOS 13, so I don't know if this is already in use.

Well, it kinda confirms iPhone 11 will bring a USB-c port. That way, we could use old USB-c to lighting cables to enable that connection.
