11-15yrs is the correct age. When children have a pubertal growth spurt and the amount of minerals needed to keep bones strong often can’t keep up with how fast the bones are growing. Around one-third of all children suffer at least one fracture before the age of 17

We got told on Friday that the H3 flu strain is circulating. Flu seasons that are dominated by H3 are more severe, particularly among at-risk groups, such as older adults and younger children. The current vaccine is highly effective against H3, Please get a flu jab
