How is that pertinent to this tweet in the slightest?

Not sure why so many people think a chin obviates the "need" for a notch. Lots of users (myself included) highly prefer a fingerprint sensor on the front of the phone, so to achieve that + bezel-less look, notch + chin make sense.

Any ideas on expected price points (esp. the "lite")?

Lazy design. I too prefer the fingerprint in the front. Then, it should either be symmetrical, or they could've moved the stuff in the notch to the bottom. This, design-wise, looks lazy.

I don't think my opinion matters, hence I'm gonna keep it to myself. But I'll say this,if I have a question to ask someone who might have an answer,I'll ask, doesn't matter if it was already being talked about or not. Also he's requesting for information which Evan can provide

(Not suggesting I advocate a notch in any configuration, just that its pairing with a chin is not as devoid of logic as many are arguing.)

I have to say I like better the alcatel route with huge top bezel, at least the screen is easily reachable. I also like my fingerprint reader on the back

What do you do with your phone while you're working? Mind sits flat on a charging mat on my desk, and with a rear reader, I'm constantly having to key in the PIN.

Since when are teasers required to be accurate? That image could not have been more generic.
