The U.S. Dept. of Labor reports 47% of U.S. workers are women, 70% of mothers with children under 18 are in the labor force, mothers are the primary or sole earners for 40% of households w/children under 18, & 75% of these mothers" are employed full-time. Equal Pay = family!
