We were living in Salem MA when it was being made, it was so much fun to see the street and houses decorated! It’s one of our family favorites, glad you love it too!

We eat around 7pm, and Thursday’s have become burger nite in quarantine. Usually veggie burgers with fries. Our weekly indulgence.

Ft. Worth and Dallas suburbs voted Trump in 2016. Flip that area and Biden wins. Ft. Worth went for Beto in 2018. Soccer moms, it is up to you!

You can’t v.o.t.e. In TX wearing political clothes/hats, etc. They will escort you out of the building.

Austin, TX airport has a great statue of Barbara Jordan. Downtown Austin has a terrific statue of Angelina Eberly aka cannon lady. And the Umlauf sculpture garden has many, many sculptures of women, some inspired by Farah Faucett, his student.

I agree, it should always be the mother’s choice. This situation is heartbreaking and there are no “good” choices. Wishing you both health and peace.

Her doctor didn’t see the deformities on her ultrasound. Lawsuits ensued. This is tragic for everyone and there aren’t good answers in this situation only personal ones for each woman to make.

Phil, I don’t think you’d survive 1 day of caring for my medically fragile nephew who cannot eat by mouth, has a colostomy and nephrostomy. He has lived every day in pain. He has a genetic disease, 50+ surgeries. The choice should always be the woman’s.

If you live in the South, you might get plants like peppers and lettuce that will grow an extra year/season if you don’t get a hard freeze. If you want an all new garden, pull it all up when it stops producing. Our peppers are going on 3 years!

As Elie Wiesel said “We must always take sides. Neutrality helps the oppressor, never the victim. Silence encourages the tormentor, never the tormented.” Not voting is a poor choice. No candidate is perfect, but the status quo is evil.

I think the race in TX this year is close and they closed several polling places. And Covid closed all the polls at grocery stores. Glad I was able to vbm.
