Power is back to all customers after Tuesday night’s destructive storm. Thanks to everyone affected by the adverse weather since Sunday who waited patiently through often trying conditions. We appreciate the support you have shown our hard-working people these past 5 days.

We've worked hard today to restore power to almost all customers interrupted by last night’s destructive storm. Less than 100 homes will be without power overnight. We'll be back early tomorrow morning to have power safely back to these homes ASAP. Thanks for your patience.

We’ve had wild weather again this evening with recording wind gusts >100 km/h. We understand the frustration of those who also lost power during Sunday’s sweltering heat. Despite our best preparations, ferocious storms like these can impact power supply to your home.

Hi , we really understand your frustration, especially given power problems over past few days. While we prepare the network for summer heat and storms, severe storms can be extremely damaging. We have our crews working hard and hope to have power safely back tonight.

Hi , we have 18,000 customers affected by severe storm cells across Greater Western Sydney. Lots of lightning damage and trees down. The app gives estimated times only for restoring power as crews have to arrive and check damage. Sometimes we can switch remotely if safe

Crews are responding to power outages affecting 21,000 customers due the storm passing through the Endeavour Energy network area. The hardest hit area is the Hawkesbury region. Pls stay at least 8 metres from fallen power lines and report them immediately by calling 131 003.

We’ve activated our hot weather plan for tomorrow to keep you comfortable, cancelling planned outages where the temperature is expected to exceed 39⁰C. Planned customer outages are cancelled tomorrow in the following locations: Erskine Park, Kingswood, Orchard Hills & Penrith.
