Here's a photo of John Kerry in 2014 at the signing of an agreement on carbon capture and storage between the US and China. Also in attendance were Ernest Moniz and John Podesta who both support Kerry once embraced fracking. He can't be trusted.

Demonstrably false! "Mr. Biden’s promise to phase out fossil fuel-powered electricity and move to solar, wind and other renewable fuel sources."

This is a demonstrably false premise at , pointing out policies that the two parties are pushing together, nukes and . But don't let the news get in the way of the narrative, as the adage from "Nightcrawlers" goes.

Who is going to pay for those CO2-EOR pipelines you proposed? "we will need thousands more miles if we commit to a carbon capture and storage network that scales to the likely need." Will it be the tax payer through ?

"Enhanced oil recovery, aka EOR, is “going to be a huge industry going forward,” she said. “Globally, there’s only 40 million metric tons of CO2 per year that’s sequestered or used.” It could quadruple proven reserves.

It's not about whether it's proven or not. The elements are in place. Senate Democrats have called for 1000's of miles of CO2 pipelines. The tax credit has oil and gas interests in Wyoming and Texas very excited. Wall St banks have signed up for "climate aligned finance".

Young people were told that Biden's climate plans were the "in all but name" a phrase used by Julian Brave Noisecat who advised the Biden campaign team and Nikayla Jefferson from Sunrise. Very little changed after the Unity Task Force.

With Ernest Moniz, union wrangler and boffin waiting in the wings, we should recall Biden's new climate czar John Kerry's work on what fossil fools think of as (business as usual with some CO2 abatement).

There's a good chance that Kerry still supports just like Moniz who really should've gotten more of a mention given his relationship with the industrial unions. Biden's climate plans specifically mention retro-fitting fossil fueled power stations.

My point is that the source of hydrogen is not stated plainly. It seems (because it's nowhere stated plainly) that power purchase agreements for supposed "fossil free electricity" will supply electrolysers to produce CO2 to mix with methane. ?

"The HBIS DRI plant will use make-up gas with approximately a 70% Hydrogen concentration." Who is doing the methane steam reforming to produce the hydrogen? I assume MSR is involved because there's zero mention of electrolysis.
