That document makes assumptions / generalizations about “elites” single-handedly designing systems. That’s the opposite of how complex systems are engineered by groups like SpaceX or Tesla. Quality engineering consists of teams, divison of labor, research, iteration, science.

If we want to save the planet, and ourselves, we have to focus on the problem, not the solution. Public transport is a great idea, it's a solution, just not the correct solution. Let's focus on what will actually help us by looking at human behaviour (i.e. the problem) first.
