given each person has different experience and represents particular industry, there might be plenty biases that lead to wide array of conclusions. i am not from academia, but thought Nassim made points that seemed rational. could you elaborate what was missing?

I thought that his focus was on issues that were not germane to my experience. This probably stemmed from the political nature of his work, and the science/engineering focus of mine.
