Will syria agree? No way they should allow american companies to make money from syria in any way. Also with insurgent groups already starting to kill SDF members in East syria I think east syria will become lawless and they will beg assad to takeover.

Russia asked Iran if it has any activity on the occupied Golan Heights and borders. Iran said no. Putin informed Netanyahu that Iran is not interested to establish itself on the borders. However, Syrian resistance is present without Iran.
