All my friends and peers whose restaurants closed in our neighborhood within the last 4 years were passionate about their brands and offered great food, unfortunately, the dynamics of our neighborhood didn’t allow them to thrive.

In 2015, they went a step further opening a huge food hall in the building...they even serve “Ethiopian” food in their hot food bar😖😖 That’s what happened.

Those businesses that benefited from the tax breaks came in and created dining areas that feed their employees for free leaving little incentive for their employees to leave their offices. Twitter’s dining hall alone serves about 2,000 employees during their lunch service!!
