At this point we should recall that the NO2 limits were set in 1999 to be met by 2010 and here in 2018, the High Court rules UK air pollution plans 'unlawful'. Perhaps some journo should ask diesel car manufacturers for comment?

When the prim & sober National Trust refuses to let INOES in for fracking tests, INEOS accuses them of being "political". When Conservative Derbyshire Council reject it, INEOS accuses them of being "political" I guess "political" just means, "liable to tell us to sod off".

Today, the court has ordered the government to urgently take further action to fix the illegal levels of air pollution in our towns and cities. We deserve to be able breathe clean air, and we hope this ruling forces the government to a do all it can to make that happen quickly.
