...fail immediately. This means it was never invoked once, 0 tests. Can probably also corrupt memory and do other bad things. The file was touched several times after that, obviously no tests were run after these changes as well...

Let's do it this way: I will fix it if you tell me how I can ensure I'm not breaking it trying to make better;)
I just don't think that adding fraction of human to pool of humans fixing kernel bugs as fast as possible is the most impactful spending of my time in current situation
