Hi Ben, we're unable to take personal details via social media to send this. However you can use either a D1 form (if you have car/motorcycle only licence) or a D2 form (if you drive lorries/buses also). You can get these from any DVLA transacting Post Office. -Ingrid.

Hi Ben, applications are likely to take between 6-8 weeks to process, but there may be additional delays in processing more complex transactions. If you are applying to renew a medical licence processing times may be longer. 1/2
