Certification is quite a separate issue. Course the Board has nothing to do with that. But they might make rostering impossible or theaters unavailable . . .

We need to be asking about the issues here Why was this woman denied a legally available and clinically approved treatment? If the hospital in question was unable to provide it why was she not referred to another hospital?
