I hear/read service designers saying ‘trust the process’. I will not say it again after reading this book. Give unstinting control, acceptance and support instead. Ensure people have control to challenge the process any time. /thanks for the heads up for this book

Everyone needs to know that I learned more about user research & service design from working with on one project, and shadowing her since then I ever did by going to meetups & reading the IDEO handbook. The latter are great for refreshing knowledge but Eve is ACE.
