Just to raise some awareness about our health system and the CDC— I am spending $550 today to POSSIBLY get a formal lyme disease diagnosis. To put into perspective why I think the risk is worth it, 2 years & 6 doctors later (11 including ER visits) no one has helped me.

Not the prettiest or most colorful smoothie bowl but it was damn sure delicious 🤤. . Pineapple, strawberries, mango, banana and coconut ❣️ coconut has bomb healing properties and i love the crunch of the flakes on top 🤯. . . .

It’s quite depressing when you have a hidden infection that is not recognized by the or the IDSA. Even more so when the average doctor has no clue and figures you for some kind fool. All because medicine stopped listening long ago.

Been feeling pretty shitty the past week or so but its not always discouraging. Its making want to work my ass off to find help. Its making me make moves as a self-advocate. & sharing my struggle is helping me raise awareness— what more can I ask for?
