Calorie counting has failed miserably for the last 40 years of the obesity epidemic, but I'm sure this is the year it starts working!

Fasting reviewed for neurological conditions. Almost limitless potential and ripe for further study. As an interim, why wouldn't you trial it as safe and potential benefit.

How ironic that Tim Caulfield, called a 'debunker' of alternative medicine sits on the True Health Initiative council that "has many alternative medicine practitioners and embraces ‘integrative health." Color me confused.

This is so good. Having been inside, I can tell you that things were and are even uglier than it says. Great, great reporting though.

Thank God! has discovered this new method of weight loss. It's called caloric restriction, and in theory it should work great! Will probably fix the obesity epidemic soon...🤦‍♂️

It's academic bullying and intimidation at its worst. Instead of allowing other physicians their opinion, the vegan lynch mob (True Health Initiative) instead lobbies the Federal Trade Commission and district attorney. WTF??

A rare inside look at academic bullying including perpetrators from Drs Jenkins and Sievenpiper. Shameful that is part of the lynch mob

Interesting to read how the editor found the militant vegans of the THI much much worse than the legendary militants of the NRA

Just wanted to clarify. I am not involved, or endorse in any way the Do Fasting app or website or program. I know they've used my image to make it sometimes appear like that, but I know nothing about them. Don't be fooled.

Green tea contains catechins (EGCG) which may help suppress appetite and caffeine that may help boost metabolism. Effect is small, but any little bit helps.
