Tony is hands-down, abso-toot-ly one of my favorite storytellers at Lancaster Story Slam. It’s a delight to see him on stage. @lancasterstoryslam

"Social Clubs Died Out in America..." -- this headline grabbed my attention because it reminded me of the book my Wilkes sociology prof Dr. Garr told me about. Decades later, guess we're getting lonelier. Interesting read.

Stories about health, science and environment should be written for the public, not for scientists, doctors, investors or policymakers. They must be written in clear language free of jargon. Ask yourself: Would people talk about this story at the dinner table?

THREAD: Today I went to the public library for the first time in a long time. A woman came up to me and asked me to help her with the computer so she could apply for a custodial job. She had gone to the organization she wanted to work at, and was told to apply online.

I'm not sure the cushion I bought via Instagram (from Daisy Mints) is actually helping my back and legs, but I really like the color. It matches my lamp.

"Truthfully, I had no interest in reading this book because I didn't care for the cover... Had I stuck with that... I would have missed a gem." - Amazon reviewer J.S.D on By the Forces of Gravity.

Might be of interest to many of my pals. This is from 2015, but I came across it again. Great read/listen about childhood trauma and how it wires brains.

This is still for sale I think... It’s a tad excessive — like a water park and school — but I couldn’t stop looking at it:

This is one of my fave hobbies. I set the minimum to $500k-plus and get lost in the listings.
