You are entitled to your opinion...but who you are, I do not know? Seems you are acting as a spokesperson advocate for this development. Fail to see how the money for sale of land or the private development benefit education? But engaging when your mind set is probably pointless!

Site is in the park was owned by School as given by DCC many years ago for playing pitches that were used by all the community. The fact there is a fence around the site now does not move it out of the park.

Yes affordable homes need to be built there're brown fill sites & Z1 zond to build on. The habitate status confirmed by Dublin City Council. An Bord Pleanala refusal on appeal was due to the large number of Brent Geese in the area, as St Anne’s is one of their primary habitats.
