I’m qualified in Corporate Crisis Management as well as Marketing, dudes... the campaign didn’t hit, that was recoverable. But the Instagram messages were unforgivable... and the lies and pretence... and then the cowardice and deleting IG comments, it’s unbelievable

As a Chinese, I felt uncomfortable, not really offended from those ads. It's bad, but I can even persuade myself maybe that was lack of cultural understanding. But the messages, dude, that's pure evil.

Sometimes I wonder if the pr agencies of these companies have any training on crisis management. I can write a better apology than this tbh. At least address the main issue i.e the racist videos rather than play victim and making the public doubt your sincerity pic.twitter.com/4QIfRClQfE
