Squeezing in a run during the kids running club. Combo of intervals and negative split training topped off with a few up n' downs on the steps. .

They tend to be on and off these days. Empire strikes first was class then New Maps of Hell was OK. Same with Descent of Man being class and True North going under the radar. (but did have some class tracks). At least they remain relevant in punk after nearly 40 years

First half is very BR of the mid to late 90's. I enjoyed the last few tracks most. Some good solid lines. It wasn't up there with their recent efforts but losing Brooks Wackerman on drums would hit any band

Big fan of the embossed gloss track listing on the new Bad Religion album. I'm sure the album will not disappoint.... . @ Newport, Wales

Day of turning this week's surveys into half-tidy CAD drawings for the client and processing monitoring data to check its within the set tolerances. Keeps me dry today. .

As I was in the area I thought I'd pop to see the Uffington White Horse. It was really hard to gain a good vantage point to get a photo as the horse was on the roll of the crest but I also…

Just me, a few deer and miles of fields. The Zenith 25pro's accuracy levels are something else. No trouble finding GPS, Beidou or Glonass satellite systems.

If you do end up looking at it apart from the usual online sources and old maps of the area from 1945 (google earth) the gardens of the old house are now overgrown woodland. The pond, walls and other features used to be in there just on the Eastern edge of the current park

Oh my day. This would be sensational. There's a bit on the home being hit on amongst others. I remember it being creepy in there.

any chance of squeezing in a visit to this forgotten bunker in Newport? On the site of a mansion bombed during WW2 where the maid and owner died. We "gained access" as kids and found many rooms and a piano but it's been sealed for a good 20 years since then.

I'd love to see Newport join the list but we are too close to the boarder and they will be shit scared to declare. BTW Any chance we can paste a sticker over the Prince of Wales bridge sign?

They always have been. They were out on the back burner when Nike bought them but now they are back with a bang. Can't wait to see them this season. Would love to see them get some big teams back on their roster
