Dystonia is very real and everybody's story is different. I have exercise induced paroxysmal dystonia. It challenges everything that makes me me. Doctors tell me to give up some of my favorite things. I take it as a challenge.

consists of making the most of my "windows" when I feel ok. Getting out early in the morning. A lot of resting. Visits to my neuro for botox and nuerosugeon to refill my Baclofen pump. A sense of humor.
