As a kid, I was pretty fond of the taste of dry cat food. Probably still am, though I doubt I'll be putting it to the test any time soon. Post-apocalyptic survival necessities notwithstanding.

Honestly couldn't tell ya what made me try it, this was around 25 years ago, after all. I do seem to recall it being pretty savory in flavor but I'm not exactly rushing to relive the experience.

Nope, the dry cat food was too intense, almost metallic (probably mercury, now that I think about it); dog kibble is where it was at! And Milkbones
