If any athlete or coach hasn’t found the ⁦⁩ yet, you have to try it. It’s a perfect pitch of intelligence, experience and passion to help in an area we all need to talk about more. Keep it up - it’s brilliant!

Waited 8 years for this, what’s another 1 in the grand scheme of things? 😅📈💪🏽 As an athlete, it’s heartbreaking news about the olympics being postponed until 2021, but it’s for all the right reasons and the safety of everyone! Hope everyone keeps safe and stay indoors x

England Athletics has advised that all group training should be suspended until at least the end of April, and MKDP is following their advice. We will send weekly training sessions to all our athletes. Keep in touch - let us know how training is going and how you're feeling.
