Reason being, we would need to ensure you're the original property owner and this cleaner was not a 3rd party purchase due to warranties being non-transferable. Our apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused but there are policies in place that must be followed.

We always require a receipt for warranty coverage. This information can be found in your instruction manual. Our warranty department always require a purchase receipt to have any repairs or replacements covered.

Without the receipt, we would not be able to render warranty services. We can still refer you to a service center but it would not be covered. What we can offer you as an alternative is a % discount toward a non-premium product.

Clogs, replacement filters and replacement parts such as dirt cups, tanks and belts are not covered under the manufacture defect warranty.

The warranty does not cover pick up, delivery, transportation, or house calls to fix the product. However, if the product is mailed to a service center, and the issue is found to be a manufacturing defect, we will cover the shipping to return the product.
