In order for any warranty work to be completed, a copy of the receipt must be provided to the designated service center at time the product is taken in for service. Retailers may be able to reproduce a copy of your proof of purchase.

Oh no, that doesn’t sound too good. We want to help. This sounds like something our service technicians may need to take a look at. Your model has a limited manufacturer’s warranty that covers any manufacturing defects at no cost to you.

We recommend some trouble-shooting. Remove the hose from both ends and push a broomstick through. The filter under the dirt cup can be washed with water. Allow to air dry for 24 hours. The filter should be washed every 4-6 uses. Check the brush as well the belt could be broken.

It sounds like the unit’s thermal protector may have been activated. Each unit is equipped with a thermal protector that will turn the unit off when it overheats and is usually caused from a blockage of airflow to the motor.

We want to help. If the unit is spitting up debris, it may be clogged. Please try this: The filter under the dirt cup can be removed for easy cleaning. The hose can be removed from both ends for easy clog removal. This should get your vacuum working like new.
