Same happened to me years ago.. made a mistake on a line, they came up with a number far higher than that and I had to prove I didn’t owe it. Find a good accountant who knows how to sort it out! It’ll be ok!

Let's start the week with some raspberry-rhubarb shortcakes, shall we? This is my go-to mix together shortcake formula - it's softer and sweeter than a biscuit, with a nubbly edge, and uses only cream, which you need for spooning over the fruit anyway.
