Firefox Profiler has it 🎉. It is Firefox's next-generation performance tool which will replace the current Performance panel.
For early adopters: profiler.firefox.com
It has sharing build in. Here is a flame graph for twitter to play with:

Can Chrome/Firefox dev tools please add a Flame Graph mode (sort by alphabet)? Imagine merging all these thin towers as one readable overview. pic.twitter.com/eizGZvVHZD

Its for power users by power users atm. The quick sharing, call tree transforms and in-depth platform information makes it invaluable for Firefox engineers and contributors.
Still lots of work to do here to streamline the UI and roll it out beyond Nightly, so I'd love feedback.

That link:
profiler.firefox.com/public/a158f59…
returned errors for me for 3 times, now it works...

Oh, since you might be interested; it can also import `perf` recordings and Chrome traces.

Can I use this on servers to measure performance? Can it replace htop?

It’s not meant for live monitoring, but you could import recorded profiles/traces for analysis (more formats can be added).
