The is such a fucking sexist program. My wife and I filed joint tax returns, live in a community-property state, and have been married for a long time. Yet Apple’s black box algorithm thinks I deserve 20x the credit limit she does. No appeals work.

I think it would be truly brave of you to ban all Apple products at Basecamp to help encourage Apple to change their ways. Hit 'em in the pocketbook, in addition to the (well deserved) public shaming.

This is another bad take, dude. DO MORE. It’s not enough that I loudly share my incriminating experience with a large audience. Not enough we use that to assemble a lot of anecdotes confirming. Not enough a NY regulator gets involved. There’s always something more.

Please tell me that you're raising boys. Please be this aggrieved at a dinner table where little guys are listening....

It's exhausting! I've only really been embroiled in this for a week and I feel like I need a month off. Thankful that it's possible to tag team in so many brilliant women. It takes a village...

I am full-time employed, $100K+ a year. I got $7500 credit limit. My husband has never been working in this country, he’s here as my dependent. He got $8500 credit limit. It’s still the “rando who married” issue?

If it makes you feel any better, I have the same employment status as you (along with near-perfect credit), and I also only got a $7.5k limit on my Apple card. Not sure why your husband received a higher limit than either of us, but gender can't be the only factor
