Not especially Diane, not when this is the only airport I've ever seen enforce this regulation.

why are your rules for carry-on liquids so much stricter than other airports? 1st time I've ever been told only one (TINY) bag that must be sealed, which me +everybody in the queue found impossible

are still telling me it's a customer fault, which it's patently not. I've completely lost faith in the brand and I don't want to shop there while they continue to manufacture poor quality products and then blame customers when the product breaks down.

Why do some companies think that customers want a gift card after receiving a faulty product? , I want to buy a mattress that ISN'T faulty next time so I have little interest in buying the same product again from you.

I have done so already, and will do so again now - but it really shouldn't be this hard to replace a mattress that has collapsed in the middle. Can't believe anybody had the temerity to claim I caused that!

sold me a mattress that can't even survive a year of an 8 stone woman sleeping alone on it and it's my fault for leaning on the mattress when I change the sheets. Shame on you.

There's a crater 5cm deep in my mattress. I've had it for 9 months. They say it's my fault for leaning on it.

I wonder how expects people to change their mattress sheets? Potentially with some kind of crane or animatronic arm?

Today told me I can't exchange or return my mattress because I kneel on it to take the covers off.
