One of the biggest learnings from my time as a team manager: Do not take things personally. Even if your team members attack you directly - this is not about you, it's about them. Help them get over it by showing understanding.

My grandma (80) is the best proof for the theory that community keeps you healthy. She's member of a choir & a local artist's community. While others her age wither away she's still going on hikes. And she uses whatsapp to stay in touch. I'll interview her for my podcast one day.
