We're sorry. Flight changes are mandated by Air Traffic Control (ATC) and we attempt to issue alerts as soon as we're provided updates from ATC. Alerts are not guaranteed albeit we use this technology whenever possible. I'm sorry for the frustration you're experiencing. *HBN
