To bad in March ALL the experts said masks were no good and may cause more harm and donate them to HC workers instead of airing on the side of caution ⚠️ They created the doubt in people not Trump

I personally wear a mask all the time I’m outside my home. Just in case. Yes it sucks but can’t we all just suck it up for 1 month wear the damn mask and see what happens.

It’s a tough time for many right now. Living in unknown creates fear and more anxiety plus dealing with an illness or chronic pain adds to it. But Gratitude is a potent tool for snapping yourself out of fear, anger and self-pity.Theres always something to be grateful for. Always

What ya see is what ya get. I wake up happy even painful days I am still a happy positive person. I don’t have to practice balance becz I may be positive but I still tell my truth if I’m pain.....etc

Yes I do and sometimes it gets older. I have to be upbeat and positive bec not so much members of my group but the helpers some seem so angry, I feel like I have to be extra “positive” just so they chill out.

A5. I started a support group over 6 years ago so people could feel safe. Often I see other groups have bullies and attacking others. I don’t tolerate that, people get frustrated but it doesn’t give them a pass to hurt others. People know that won’t be tolerated in my s group.
