if you guys don’t flip all your hotels to keys using RFID soon, my almost ambassador elite status is moving to another brand who will gladly match my status immediately. I’m sick of having to go back to the front desk every day.

But you have planes with those amenities now. Why do you not position the planes based on flight time? Shouldn’t the longer flights get more amenities while you upgrade the fleet? Other carriers seem to have this nailed down. But not the one I fly the most....

And so it continues...carriers extract value from employers and employees to give their shareholders (as they are required to do). As employers start to adopt proper plans truly built for them and their employees, this too will change.

Rob, BCBSNC has demonstrated extreme resistance to this style of payment methodology as lowering claims cost would force them to lower premium and therefore reduce profit. They have limited usage of this due to extreme pressure. I would anticipate pushback.
