Starting to see some 'No on Z' signs pop up on houses I know to be unoccupied. Not sure if you've heard from others about sign dumping around town, but it seems fairly obvious on our bike rides.

Was on vacation last week and didn't sign onto Twitter for a week. It was much better! Will be taking a break for the foreseeable future.

Would be fun to ask people what domain they've held, unused, the longest and what they planned to do with it.

Yeah, I agree with Mammoth as well. But Fresno feels like NorCal and Bakersfield like SoCal and that outweighed Mammoth.

My prediction is they're screwed: they could have taken down their 30% cut and allowed digital purchases in app (like Kindle, etc) and been seen as heroes. Instead there's a real threat that they'll have to allow alternate stores and/or side-loading.

The original argument from Jobs and co was that the web was a sufficient option for companies or use cases not allowed in the app store. I don't think that argument has aged well. Especially when you're now ~50% of the market.

After perusing the Cicilline Report, Apple has the hardest path ahead. Goog, FB, and Amazon are largely in hot water due to cross-business coordination undermining upstarts. Apple's issue is that it prohibited or banned competition entirely through control of the App Store.

EVH demanded to be unaccredited for Thriller so his band members wouldn't find out! They'd know by the 2nd note! 😂

If he is at all consistent, I’m inclined to believe he is taking credit for a nice gesture which did not occur. Though in this case, it is nice that it did not happen.

How do you feel about cultural appropriation when naming sports teams? Should they change their names and mascots? (I am referring to the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers, of course.)
