In recent Tweets I’ve shown frustration, irritation and much annoyance with the policy to allow the Academy to use the pitch3 days a week Something had to give. It was either the Academy or Me! To go, A Herculean intervention by Terry Mc all has been resolved. Thank you Terry,

Hednesford pitch when I took over its management. The Problem pic 1 I'm afraid its likely to revert back to this if the pitch is over played and over used I cannot and won't accept this potential decline These are my remarks Not that of the (Club) Best pitch this year No Chance

This is the result of the Academy now being allowed to train on the pitch for 3 hours. Now they have been granted2x3hours per week up until the half term hols. That means over 19x 6 hours on he pitch! And some Wednesday's Something has too give! I'm not at all happy with this.😡

Keys Park Pitch today, Friday 7 sept 2018 The pitch is ready for the FA Cup match against Tamworth tomorrow. It's as good as we can achieve under the circumstances due to the problems with this pitch!

The pitch problem at Hednesford Town FC. This is the first time I’ve had a problem on a football pitch with Nematodes, it’s often identified on Golf Greens due to a total Sand construction.

Keys Park Pitch is in a very poor condition due to the Dry weather but more of a concern it’s the Nematodes and the association with Diseases. It’s most disappointing to me when all looked so good. I can’t sort it until next May when I personally want to take off the surface.😡

Thanks for your positive comments guys. Both Val and Myself are really sorry for the pitches present conditions. I’m particularly annoyed and devastated, I take it personally that I’ve let you All down. I will sort it out, that’s a promise

What’s happening to the pitch?the Management and Supporters are asking me. The left pic is of Nematodes attack( Root Grubs) The other pic is Disease patches. With Mechanical and Chemical treatments should get it back to a quality pitch one again in the next few weeks.

It’s really ironic that the decline to the pitch has occurred over the past 3 weeks. The Nematodes,Fungi attack along with the Dry patch has seriously messed up the pitch. Just when all appeared to be going perfectly. Can’t take anything for granted.😂😂😂. I’ll get it right.🙏

Val shows how she has worn the slitting tines down over the course of last playing season. Val has tried to get on the pitch as often as she can to spike and the results have proven most worthwhile Compaction is a significant factor to why pitches have problems. (Get It Spiked)

Val, has worn out the Slitting Tines over the past season. The Hednesford Supporters Association have been tremendous in that they purchased a brand new set of these essential Aeration tines so that Val can start again. Phil replaced the old for the new ones. Ready to go.thanks

Yes Neil your correct, however, you can use the cars as a type of cone system to enable your guys the stimulate aggressive side to side movements, I hope you find this a unique method and challenging. There is an alternative you could use the workmens yard if this helps ?😆😆😆
