Thank you - this has cost her over £30 this month alone

My stepdaughter has incurred a substantial telephone bill calling the 0900 premium rate number to check her Santander bank balance, etc. These calls cost 65p per minute, which is extortionate. Can she reclaim these?

Little acts of kindness are so important. Like six-year-old Colton, helping his granddad (who's living with dementia) with his dinner! Well done for being so supportive, Colton :)

Thanks Tracy. Sadly, stains on mums clothes proved to be to least of the issues at the nursing home (undiagnosed/unrecognised gout, etc followed). I can truly say I never felt more helpless than I did during the 16 months mum was there.

I think walking into the lounge of a nursing home and not recognising the figure slumped in a chair wearing a stained jumper and looking like a broken doll as being my mum will live with me for ever

Three members of my family had dementia between 1993-2016. I’d be really interested to know more about this documentary, if possible?

good morning, I submitted an online application for my son to transfer into a Swindon School on 9 July. Can you tell me I am likely to hear the result of this application?

having watched yesterday’s interview with the lady taking part in a memory walk for the Alzheimer’s Society I thought you may be interested to hear I’ll be walking over the O2 arena to raise sponsorship for the same charity on 27 July

Absolutely shameful that people who have worked all their lives are financially penalised for having an incurable illness. Would it happen with other illnesses? Probably not.

The Alzheimers Society’s ‘Bring Dementia Out’ looks at ways of improving care and support for members of the LGBT+ society living with dementia. I’m looking at arranging awareness roadshows, if you’re interested?

I am in the process of arranging awareness sessions on the Alzheimer's Society 'Bring Dementia Out' project, which is aimed at improving support for members of the LGBT+ community living with dementia. Do you feel this could this be of intrerest to your members?
