On holiday in beautiful The sun is out(ish),I’ve been in the hot tub and now off to wander around Looe before my girlfriend arrives. My son however was just keen for me to set up the Switch on the cottage WiFi 🙄

Another reminder today and a final one tomorrow. I’ve gone past the distance but I’m still only half way to my fund raising target. Please sponsor this worthy cause for me! Cheers

I’d say 48% of my parenting skills involve the threat of turning off the WiFi 🙄

From a man who lost his partner 2.5 years ago I want to say I love seeing all these pictures. Hold each other close and cherish your time together.

The new track from is a thing of beauty. My daughter loves her music and I love the fact she can hear a strong female voice in the house. Her music got us through some tough times after her mum passed away. Can’t wait for the album.

Is it right that I spend an hour tidying the house before the cleaner gets here? Don’t want her to think I’m a slob 😂

Try to stay positive and things will change for you I’m sure. There are plenty of ups and downs along the way though.I’ve had a wobble recently but onwards and upwards.

No idea what’s going on in my head these days. Work, kids, love life are all shot to bits. Can’t find my happy anymore. Anyone seen it? My late wife would have it all under control if the roles were reversed that’s for sure.
