That’s another thing too. Intent shifts as we know and KW volume doesn’t take that into consideration

I also wouldn't recommend just going for such a narrow pool (also be sure it's not 40 search vol pcm and also doesn't include near variants etc / e.g. plurals and so forth). I know a lot of the tools are lumping things together. Go broader I say.

When and why does king - man + woman = queen? In my paper with and Graeme Hirst, we explain what conditions need to be satisfied by a training corpus for word analogies to hold in a GloVe or skipgram embedding space. 1/4 blog:

A paper on the subject of 'Query Intent Shift' from 2000. Almost 20 years old. Accessible too. Thanks to for locating it :):)

Query Intent Shift is not new. It's been a 'thing' for at least 8 years (if not more)... It's just that oddly SEOs seem to mostly just be talking about it as though it's novel. Maybe we should spend more time reading papers and less time reading blog posts 8 years behind ;P ;P

Mine appears to be the opposite. Twitter seems to be continually focusing on just a few people in my feed and repeating their tweets over and over with every single reply. It's annoying.

What the hell is going on with Twitter's feed. It's constantly showing me the same people over and over again (and in many cases even the same tweets from them with every reply). It's actually enough to put you off people which I don't think is supposed to be the plan Twitter

For those wanting to see my slide where I talk about Custom Formulas which are useful for beginners. Try out using 1) Brand vs Non Brand and 2) number of keywords to start. Rest will be on next week when I finish adding comments.
