Wonder if the knee is still bothering him, his command has been off for a while now...either way off the plate or right down Broadway

That’s part of it, also helps not throwing all 4 seam fbs as well...you kinda have the assume the batter will be sitting on a 4 seamer down the middle given the two walks and Paxton maybe trying to get one over but it is what it is

Has to be the latter, they want to “save face” though it’s comical to type that knowing it’s the Knicks...the amazing part was for years it was we just need cap space, if they swing and miss again as expected w cap space, is it now solely tanking till they hit one?

you’re staff here at EWR is desperately trying to keep order & help people but your operations is a complete & utter disaster this morning. Weather isn’t an excuse for being this disorganized where your own workers have no idea who is leaving and 3 flights to one gate...

Thank you to the amazing folks working . Abnormally long lines and we’re still able to get our bag on our flight so we could get ready for our friends wedding. Can’t tell you how much we appreciate the hard work during a crazy early morning!

They’ll be short a starter on Tuesday, can’t honestly think they’re gonna roll with Hale...

Shocked they picked him over Hale...Cortes can’t be brought back up now for 10 days...Hale isn’t exactly a underrated talent, he is what he is 🤷🏻‍♂️

Im not necessarily a Cessa fan, but there’s no reason to cut him when another player you can’t use for quite a few days has an option...doesn’t mean it won’t come eventually

Doesn’t have any options remaining if I am correct and I think they prefer to have him as a 2 inning guy to try and salvage his arm talent

Not sure why people didn’t realize Hale or Cortes are the odd man out...honestly, think they should send both down and bring a new long man up for the next few days

I agree Dean, I think it would be far better to hold referees accountable & force them to adopt to a performance based job that allows the league to rid itself of officials that can’t get it right...unfortunately the league needs to jump through 100 hoops to do this

Wonder if this is about cap space more than anything else...def some players left that could have fit this team...

Def does, but man is it hard to offer 4 yr max to a 30 yr old w a lot of miles on those legs w a massive injury...im torn if only bc if he’s 95 percent KD, nets are legitimate contenders in 2 years

One of the least shocking legal results in quite some time, everyone around Albany knew what the deal was with him and his group and you usually don’t go running to Mexico to hide for an extended period of time when innocent...hopefully he’s locked up for good

I think the Yankees clearly deserve credit in being able to assess what prospects have “challenges ahead” that may limit their ability to succeed long term. The hype itself comes from other sources but very few prospects traded have been successful MLB players

Fan base man....everything is life or death, can’t be about lack or recognition for two cogs who played big parts in two rings, has to be an indictment on tiki....

Might be time to look for a new social media manager, that and maybe don’t throw stones in a glass house...
