I wish someone could explain the moral difference between going to a NICU unit and injecting poison into a premature baby that is causing the mother emotional stress & injecting poison into another baby – same age; same reason– that's in the womb?

I believe the law is written for a baby declared non viable or deceased. Knowing someone who carried a baby full term, knowing he wasn’t viable was extremely difficult, so all who haven’t experienced trauma, no opinion needed. Parental decision, not mine, not yours.

The problem with what you just wrote is that there are already very clear medical protocols in place for when when situations like intrauterine death of the baby occurs. The treatment is delivery. That is not a late term abortion.

because in their mind, the one in the womb is still a part of the woman's body, thus granting her unlimited power to decide what happens. it's sick but that's the way they think.

Probably they don't think this way anymore since Virginia Govr is ok to talk about terminating the child AFTER birth

Thank you! First thing I said in response to the NY law? Where's the screaming from all NICU nurses? Where's the L&D nurses? This is so wrong.

I think governor Northam did an excellent job illustrating that there is no difference when he described a late term abortion as a post birth murder. Hmmmm

There is NO difference between murders inside the womb vs outside. The finally accepting the logical conclusions neccessarily following their pro- thesis. "Post-birth " is NOT CONTROVERSIAL to philosophers of medical "ethics." toddlers next

Maybe a woman who is unable to decide if she wants to have a child during 9 long months isn't emotionally stable enough at time of birth to decide whether or not to kill her child?
