I have. In Costa Rica. Was a weee bit tingly the entire time so I took it apart and found the housing rusted out and the water was electrified. Bought them a new one and all was well.

Like a doofus I just spent another 47 minutes on the phone with VZW. Ran through all of the same tests. Determined CSR at store left wrong SIM/SN combo in system so it never would have worked. fixing it didn’t work either. System shows handset connecting but refuses to activate.

Thanks; DM sent Note I’ve been dealing with this for almost 6 hrs over 2 days, 2 tech support people, 2 CSRs and 1 useless store manager. I’m at the end of my rope. I need a working solution quickly. If I have have to spend any more time or money I’ll be switching carriers.

I’m having trouble activating a BYOD even though tools say its compatible Mgr Vicky was too busy discussing with employees how many points she earned for selling new phones. When I dragged her into the situation she....tried to sell me a new phone! What’s my next move?

I’ll fill out the form but mixing my feedback into a system with all of the other feedback doesn’t end it for me. I still have a very big issue to resolve with respect to my phones and how it impacts my business.

This a world-class experience? Called tech support, they dircect me to the store. CSR resets phone, locks iCloud acct, creates new phone number but can’t delete it. Then calls tech support, hands me the phone unexpectedly and walks away. Manager says I can leave VZW. World-class?

They most certainly do not value my time. The manager, Vicky, was even more apathetic than the CSR. I loved when she said I was welcome to go to another carrier. Ballsy considering this is the view when you walk out of the store. That’s on the left and on right
