Great progress - but i don’t belive that our network was that fast (<0,0000001 ms for 2000 packets... )

This is by no means an reproach. I admire your work (including the Block tool) and I think STADO is another brilliant idea. I will continue to test it and have one or two feature ideas once it is running smoothly - there were 1000 not 109 execs in the pcap file 😜

WOW that was quick. I‘ve retested my app with STADO. Now i get an output. But i don‘t trust it: eg. I know that most cursors are executed more than once (prepared Stmt rexecuted without an close) and more than one packet is def. needed to execute each cursor...😢

I wrote a testapp witch fetches dummy data. STADO worked with ojdbc7_g 12.1 tcpdump but fails with ojdbc8 19.3. The pcap file: Hope it helps.

I start tcpdump before my app connects to the database. My jdbc is ojdbc8 19.3.

Maybe the same for me. Yesterday i did a trace of an jdbc program wich failed and today i tried to put a testcase together for and it worked, because i did it with an sqlplus script. do you still need an jdbc example?

It is a tcpdump from work. I‘ll redo it with dummy data an send it to you.

Great idea - thanks Kamil - don‘t work for me 😢Result table is always empty. Debug info shows that packets to and from the DB are processed and sql ids are found... What am I doing wrong?

You‘re right. I‘ll post the problem on Oracle Dev Forum and post the link here. The observed runtime of the query was 8323 sec. The Db runs on AiX. This is why cpu and waits don‘t sum up to elapsed time.

I think most is the insert (please have a look at my cur. post abd correct me if i‘m wrong). I thought that BUFG in snapper only works in oracle < 11? And we are on 19. 10200 / 10201 only records cons gets as far as i know. What about curr gets? Thanks
